Nolan Bedard Wins National Competition

After winning the Provincial Title as the Best Secondary School Carpentry Apprentice in British Columbia, Nolan Bedard headed back to Windsor, Ontario to compete in the Skills Canada National Competition.  The results of that competition brought Nolan back to Terrace as the National Champion and recognition as the best Secondary School Apprentice (Carpentry) in Canada.  Nolan is a grade 12 student at Caledonia Secondary School who is graduating this June.  Nolan is eligible to compete in the World Skills Competition to be held in London, England in the fall of 2011.  Congratulations, Nolan, on an outstanding performance and a great start to a promising career as a master carpenter.
